If you are ever visiting a country in Asia, the best way to understand the food culture is by looking at the streets. You will find many different individual food stalls set up along the boulevard, selling a wide range of food everywhere – outside school, beside the church, at the street corners, inside jeepneys or bus terminals, etc. They are popular with people from all walks of life – but especially with the one who has to keep a tight budget. Here are the most common ones you would encounter practically in any part of the country such as Grilled Meat, Eggs. Stalls barbecuing meats over open coals will start early in the morning and carry on after the sun goes down. Choose the piece of meat you’d like (usually on a skewer or sandwiched between two bamboo sticks), and it will be reheated for you on the grill. Whole chicken, slices of pork, and beef or whole fish are my favorites
